Lynn Loughney

Lynn had a 20-year executive career in the consulting industry, working with clients in a multitude of industries, both domestically and globally. In 2008 she founded her own firm as an Executive Coach and Organizational Development/Business Psychology Consultant, where she serves as an executive coach for newly hired, merged, or recently promoted CEO’s, presidents, and senior leaders. She designs and delivers customized leadership development and succession programs, and uses an array of assessments, surveys, and interview processes to determine critical factors and formulate relevant plans for growth and performance.

She has a bachelor’s degree from Grove City College and a graduate degree from Slippery Rock University, PA.

Lynn also volunteers her services to faith-based organizations and nonprofits to assist them in putting mission values into action.

Lynn attended the Reverend Betty Adam’s Cultivating Compassion Training in 2015, at Christ Church (Episcopal) Cathedral in Houston, and joined Compassionate Houston’s board in 2016. She has served as the Annual Fundraiser Chair for Compassionate Houston for 5 years.

In November 2017, Lynn became involved with Greater Houston Healing Collaborative, of which Compassionate Houston is a partner, as a provider and trainer for Mind-Body groups offering community support after Hurricane Harvey. Besides serving on the Board of Compassionate Houston, she serves on the Board of Greater Houston Healing Collaborative.

Lynn is the recipient of the Women of Excellence Award by the Greater Houston Federation of Women, and is a graduate of Leadership America, an elite leadership development program for women executives.
