COVID Registry To Significantly Extend Understanding of the Outbreak
Compassionate Houston has joined other Texas Compassionate Cities in support of a COVID-19 Registry
COVID-19 continues to affect our communities. While a lot is still unknown about the virus, Rice University and local partners, including Houston Health Department, Harris County Public Health, and the Environmental Defense Fund, developed the COVID-19 Registry to identify who has been (and continues to be) impacted, and understand how COVID-19 affects the health and well-being of our Greater Houston communities. The research study gathers key health and environmental data and provides real-time information on the spread of the virus.
The Registry is for use and distribution across the United States. Take it in 10 minutes, then share it with friends and organizations you affiliate with near and far.
Be part of virus solutions!
Measuring who is being impacted and in what ways will help to:

Anticipate healthcare needs as the pandemic unfolds
Understand behavior in response to policy changes
Identify popular and effective sources of information
The COVID-19 survey is available in English and Spanish and open to any individual 18 years or older. The survey is voluntary and takes only 10 minutes to complete.
