Meditative Moments
Cultivating Compassion with the Collective
by Rothko Chapel in collaboration with the Mind Body Spirit Institute at the Jung Center Houston
The Rothko Chapel presents a Tibetan Bön Buddhist meditation facilitated by Dr. Alejandro Chaoul. This event provides an opportunity to practice the magical movements of body, breath, and mind in the Tibetan yogic tradition or trul khor, through stretching, breathwork, sound and visualization. Join in community to counter the growing epidemic of social isolation and division, to create a movement that cultivates collective well-being.
