Memorable Moments Luncheon 2024
Thank you for celebrating “Sowing Seeds of Compassion“ with us!
We would like to take the time to show our appreciation to you as a donor (both in-kind and financial support) and attending guests.
We trust that you enjoyed our event, whether networking over lunch, engaging with the program, exploring our book fair, or learning about Compassionate Houston’s goals of caring, cultivating, creating, and connecting. Your presence and participation made the event truly special. In addition to attending and supporting the luncheon through ticket sales, donations, and sponsorships, you helped us raise additional funds during the event, which significantly supports a continuous expansion of our programs, initiatives, and projects to impact even more Houstonians.
Please enjoy a photo slideshow below and relive memorable moments of “Sowing Seeds of Compassion” 2024. We’re excited to stay connected and continue engaging with you!

With much Gratitude…
This year’s theme highlighted the importance of community gardens and their significant role in promoting various aspects of individual and socio-economic well-being. Thank you to our Urban Harvest for introducing the vital role of urban farming in promoting food security, community engagement, education, environmental sustainability, and the beautification of our neighborhoods.
Please join us in thanking all those who supported the luncheon as speakers and presenters through in-kind contributions or by participating in the Urban Harvest videography tour.
Are you considering a volunteer project with your employee team? Reach out to Urban Harvest > here. Numerous other volunteer opportunities are available, such as The Houston Botanic Gardens, McGovern Centennial Gardens, Blackwood Educational Land Institute, Skyfarm at POST Houston, and Plant It Forward Farms, to name a few.
Once again, thank you all for your invaluable contributions and unwavering support. Together, we are sowing seeds of compassion and making a lasting impact in the Greater Houston communities.
