Presented by Insight Meditation Houston (IMH)
“If your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete.” ~ Jack Kornfield.
Join Insight Meditation Houston for a hybrid 1.5 hour self-compassion meditation workshop. Self-compassion is not just a concept—it’s experiential. Through the practices of self-compassion we learn to love and accept ourselves just as we are. We may also find it easier to feel compassion for others. In this workshop participants will have an opportunity to explore various modalities including meditation and movement as well as other practices designed to cultivate the loving connected presence of self-compassion.
