Join us for a virtual 1.5-hour workshop, discussing the principles of Mindful Self-compassion, how to get past your inner critic, insecurity and empower yourself with kindness and compassion. Gwen will share several skills that you can use immediately to help you deal with anxiety, worry, and depression. Learn things you can do on your own to add kindness and compassion to your life, for yourself and for others. The skills originated with Kristin Neff, Ph.D. and Chris Germer, Ph.D.- the creators of the international program Mindful Self-Compassion 8 week program.

As a trained teacher in MSC, she has led retreats and 8 week programs in mindful self-compassion. Gwen is also the Chair of the Greater Houston Healing Collaborative and is on Faculty for the Center for Mind Body Medicine.
Gwen works to help business impact their employees well-being and runs an online group helping people change their lives One Kind Thing at a time.
