Second Servings is a food rescue operation bringing prepared and perishable foods from hotels and restaurants to charities whose clients face food scarcity.
HYPE Freedom Schools is a reading enrichment program that co-sponsors with churches and community organizations for children at risk.
Barrio Dogs is a school and community outreach organization focused on the root causes that create neglected, stray and pregnant dogs.

Compassionate Houston was inspired by the Charter for Compassion. Its principles of treating others with respect; encouraging appreciation of cultural and religious diversity; and cultivating an informed empathy with the suffering of all human beings were our aspirational foundation.
