Join Rev. Jeanmarie Eck, certified Spiritual Director, and Dr. Mary Fehr, LUT, for meditation, teachings, group discussion, and application of core Buddhist teachings that allow us to deepen our practice and find greater peace.

Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome to attend the weekly, recurring event, every Monday from 12:00pm-1:15pm at Unity of Houston.
