Yoga Nidra, an ancient guided meditation technique originating in India approximately 1,000 BCE, effortlessly quiets the mind and allows the body deep restoration, balance, and improved well-being. In this community event at the close of Compassion Week, Gena Davis will lead a guided Yoga Nidra meditation specifically designed to deepen your compassion for self and others. Gena will also play alchemy crystal bowls to integrate the effects of the meditation and bring your whole self into deeper balance and harmony with a renewed and open heart.

All are welcome and no prior experience is necessary. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blankets for comfort and an eye pillow if you have one. Chairs will be available for those who wish to sit.
